A prankster blagged his way into the Olympic closing ceremony dressed as a GB Athlete before taking a selfie with French president Emmanuel Macron.

Daniel Jarvis, better known to YouTubers as 'Jarvo', is renowned for causing disruption through his daring pranks, which he documents on social media.

Footage shows him recording himself walking around Stade de France last night dressed as an athlete while laughing and addressing members of the audience.

The prankster captioned the post: 'Yes I blagged my way into the Olympics closing ceremony, dressed as a @TeamGB athlete! I miss the Olympic.'

Jarvo even managed to bag a hilarious selfie with Macron, who smiled willingly at the camera and gave a thumbs up.

In a major stunt by Jarvo last year, Gary Lineker was seen speaking on Match of the Day when loud 'sex noises' started playing.

Last year Gary Lineker could not hide his embarrassment at porn noises coming from the studio after Jarvo pulled another huge prank

Lineker later tweeted that he had found the phone that had been making the Porn Sex noises

Jarvo later posted a picture of himself with an identical phone to the one Gary Lineker posted

Jarvo had broken into the studio and activated a sexy sounds ring tone on a mobile phone, which he hid on the set

The presenter was seen awkwardly laughing off the noises, which were played by Jarvo after he snuck inside the studio.

Lineker, who infamously had an on-pitch 'accident' during England's 1990 World Cup opener, said: If you told me yesterday morning that I'd be on the front page of The Sun, involved with a porn scandal, I'd have s*** myself - again!'

The presenter added: 'I thought it was funny, and the YouTube prankster has shown his work.'

Jarvo, a serial pitch invader, had broken into the studio and activated a sexy sounds ring tone on a mobile phone, which he hid on the set.

The BBC later issued an apology, but Lineker questioned the decision.

He said: 'I'm not sure why the BBC apologised because it's not our fault obviously.

'It's a security issue, and there is a serious side to it; if someone can do that, they can do something else with something that could be more dangerous.

'But, in this instance, I felt that universally people were finding it really funny.'
