Drinking at home is canned chuhai

There was only one bottle left in the fridge.

I usually drink wine,

chilled white wine

I should order some wine soon... another wine

Occasionally, a highball

(in a Baccarat glass)

For dinner, I had lightly stewed chicken wings

with xiaolongbao

(I steamed it for too long)

steamed vegetables

stuffed green peppers with meat

I cut the green peppers using Kentetsu Ko's recipe for stuffed meat that won't peel off, and they didn't come off.

I heard it's good to cut them diagonally like this.

(I tried putting shiso leaves in the meat)

Stir-fried pork belly and bitter melon with miso

I added some thin fried tofu to increase the volume

Miso soup with lots of ingredients and

frozen dumplings

I was able to cook them with the wings on, but I couldn't put them on properly.

For the leftover miso soup (cucumber with pickled plum)

Frozen xiaolongbao and shaoessen

Whatever I had in the freezer.

Chicken marinated in shio-koji, gratin style

I didn't have any cheese when I was baking...

For lunch, rice and the leftover boiled chicken wings

(I used half konnyaku rice for the rice)

Omurice

When I was watching TV in the morning, my lucky item was omurice, so

I made omurice for lunch.

Cold Chinese noodles

I bought ham to make cold Chinese noodles, but for some reason I forgot to put it in.

For lunch, I had the leftover stuffed peppers

I usually cook rice in a HARIO 1-gou clay pot, but

When I'm cooking alone, I cook twice, so I end up with rice for two days in a row.

So, natto fried rice

(Half of it is konnyaku rice)

(I made this during the day because I was bored) Meatball pasta

(I added finnel seeds to the meatballs to make them anise flavored)

Maybe because I used red onions in the tomato sauce, it turned out sweeter than usual...

Next time I'll add ham and make chilled Chinese noodles

I pickled bitter melon and myoga, so I'll have them on hand.

Peaches for a snack

I was planning to abstain from alcohol at home,

but I ended up drinking at home this week...
